Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Supplybox.ca account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a pickup through our customer service portal.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
